LaSeal 735 Acetic Aquarium Silicone Sealant
Main purposes
1.Sealing in glass joints;
2.For structural glazing in glass curtain wall.
3.For structural glazing in big glass and glass roof structural engineering.
Characteristics
1.KASTAR 735 belongs to RTV-1, acetoxy cure, high tensile strength, fast curing Translucent.
2.No change of color.
3.Excellent resistance to weather.
4.Excellent resistance to low and high-temperature change. Little changes of performance at -400C ~1500C;
Application
1.Can't be used to marble, granite and other alkalescence materials.
2.Unsuitable for the surface of all kinds of material that can effuse grease, plasticizer or solvent.
3.Unsuitable for the air proof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in air to cure for the sealant.
4.Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface.
5.Unsuitable for the continually soggy or moist place.
6.Can't be used the product, if the temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃ on the surface of the materials.

Limitations:The product is not applicable to structure assembly or project whose base material has a surface temperature above 40 ℃.
Instruction
1.Clean the base material with cloth: clean it with solvent; if in particular demand, coat the surface with paint base and let it dry completely.
2. Make sure to fill the interface with it and tightly stick it to the base material.
3. Deal with adhesion test before use and make sure of good compatibility and viscosity of products and base material.
Storage and shelf life
1.They should be protected from water, frost and adverse air conditions.
2.They should be kept dry and cool on wooden pallets at between +10 °C and +25 °C in moisture free conditions.
3.The opened products should be consumed immediately.
4.Shelf life is maximum 12 months conditional to complying with the aforementioned storage conditions.
